Terms and Conditions for 1875 Events, LLC - Your Ideal Event Space in Indianapolis

1. Payment Terms: Full payment is mandated upon booking to secure your event space rent at 1875 Events. Confirmation of your desired wedding setting, graduation party, or any other event is verified only post full payment receipt.
2. Services Undertaken: 1875 Events guarantees to ready the event space as mentioned in your booking particulars. Situated at 7720 S Franklin Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46259, we ensure unhindered accessibility throughout your event's tenure.
3. Client Duties: It remains the client's prerogative to organize and bear the expenses of services like photography, culinary provisions, beverages, and entertainment for their Indianapolis-based celebrations.
4. Attendance Cap: The venue encapsulates a firm limit of 75 attendees per event. This cap is staunchly adhered to, mandating clients to remain within this threshold.
5. Cancellation Norms & Reimbursements: Should you choose to annul your booking, a written intimation is necessary. For cancellations effectuated more than 30 days before the event, a 50% reimbursement will be processed. However, for those initiated under 30 days pre-event, refunds stand void.
6. Reparations for Damages: All damages inflicted upon the venue or its assets during any event fall under the client's fiscal responsibility. Subsequent repair or replacement charges will be directly billed to the client.
7. Accountability Exemptions: Except in instances of blatant negligence or deliberate misconduct by 1875 Events, we remain exempt from liability for any harm, detriment, or inconvenience sustained by the client or their attendees.
8. Act of Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances such as natural catastrophes, divine interventions, or civil unrest exempt both parties from their stipulated obligations in these terms.
9. Jurisdictional Governance: These terms and conditions abide by the legal frameworks of the state wherein 1875 Events operates.
10. Revisions to Stipulations: The right to amend these terms at any juncture is reserved by 1875 Events. Any such modifications will be promptly broadcasted via our official channels.
11. Terms Ratification: Upon opting for an event space rent at 1875 Events, clients implicitly concur with the outlined terms and conditions.
